Aryna Sabalenka

Her birthplace her birthplace is Minsk located in Belarus. She was the daughter of Sergey (d. 2019) was an athlete in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born on 5 May 1998, in Minsk Belarus. She has won 12 WTA titles throughout her career, which includes the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is another area where she is a pro. In the US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021, US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both taken by Elise Mertens. Together with the Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian also took home the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells as well as Miami in the year 2019, making her the Sunshine Double. This feat was only achieved by four couples in singles for women. In January of 2023 she reached her highest ranking in singles. On the 23rd of August, 2021 she was promoted into the top two spot of the world rankings. As a doubles player, she was able to propel her way to the top at the beginning of February that year after the victory in Melbourne making her the second tennis player from Belarus to achieve success in this specialty. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her during through the season of 2018 until end and part of this season in 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach she had for a short period from August to September of 2020. As of the year 2020's end, she's been trained by her countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
